Clemson signee and sixth-round MLB draft pick Charles Mack (Williamsville East HS, NY) signed with the Minnesota Twins on Thursday, as expected.

Mack's contract is nearly double slot value at $500,000 (from $253,700 assigned for the pick), per MLB.com's Jim Callis, and announced as a third baseman at the draft, Callis says he also projects as a second baseman or catcher at the next level.

Mack was the No. 133-rated prospect by MLB.com going into the draft and was selected as the No. 184 pick.
