Clemson ranked No. 1 in latest Coaches Poll

The latest Amway Coaches Poll was released on Tuesday afternoon as Clemson was ranked No. 1 with 58 out of the 64 first-place votes and ahead of Alabama by 54 total points.

Alabama got the remaining six first-place votes.

Clemson's upcoming opponent Texas A&M was ranked No. 11 again this week.

The Tigers will have to face Syracuse on Saturday, September 14 and they were ranked at No. 22.

New members to the rankings include No. 24 Boise State and No. 25 Nebraska. Two teams dropped out of the poll this week with Northwestern and Iowa State.
