Boulware added to Johnny Bench Award Watch List

Greenville, SC - Sophomore catcher Garrett Bouwlare was added to the Johnny Bench Award Watch List on Wednesday. The award goes to the nation's best catcher.

The watch list, which consists of 76 players, will be narrowed down to the semifinalists on May 16. The three finalists will be announced on June 4 and the winner will be announced on June 27.

Boulware leads the Tigers in batting average (.308), homers (7), and RBIs (39) in 2013. He is also tied for the team lead in runs (34).
