Belk Bowl trolls Bradley Chubb

by - Assoc. Editor -

No. 4 ranked Clemson won 38-31 against No. 20 North Carolina State in a highly-contested ACC matchup on Saturday night.

During the contest, North Carolina State defensive end Bradley Chubb stole Kelly Bryant's towel on three different occasions without getting an unsportsmanlike penalty called on him. There were other unsportsmanlike events by North Carolina State that included the head coach's postgame comments (laptop-gate), and mad fans (throwing objects, cursing while spitting on refs) on Saturday night.

The official Belk Bowl noticed the towel thefts and tweeted out the following:

"Will someone please tell Bradley Chubb that Belk has a lovely selection of designer hand towels? There's no need to take the QB's property," Belk Bowl posted.

This is really ironic that the Belk Bowl posted about Chubb's towel obsession because this is more than likely his team's bowl destination at the end of the season.

Hopefully, the Bowl will give Chubb and the rest of his teammates a chance for more hand towels as part of their player bowl gifts.

Here is the video of Chubb stealing Bryant's towels throughout the game.
