Best News Yet For Class of 2005

by - Radio Host -

The Clemson recruiting effort has been amazing so far. The staff has secured 22 commitments by December 5th and are almost finished with this class. The class is very balanced and also very talented. However perhaps the best news is what is happening in the classroom. As of December 5th only two Tigers need to raise their SAT/ACT scores in order to qualify academically. Corey Lambert and T.J. Williams are very close to making the scores and TigerSource projects they will both make it. Remember the current qualifying system utilizes a sliding scale and the core grades could become a problem later but at this time 20 of the 22 commitments are in very good academic standing and the other two are projected to make it soon.
