Mike McIntosh made all-conference as a junior quarterback / wide receiver by rushing for 600

yards, throwing for 400 yards, and receiving for 200 yards.

"Our quarterback left the team last year, so they asked me to play the

position," McIntosh said. "We have a new guy this year, so I will go back to

playing just receiver. That is the position I am being recruited at."

McIntosh is being recruited by and has received offers from Clemson,

Auburn, "just about every ACC and SEC school", Oklahoma, Michigan, and

Syracuse.

"Right now, my top two schools are Clemson and Auburn, with LSU

and Miami next in line," McIntosh said. "I met with Coach Sweeney, who is

the new receivers coach at Clemson, and he told me that I would have a

chance to play as a freshman. Plus, I grew up watching Clemson

because they recruit a lot of players from this area."

McIntosh is planning on making visits to Clemson, Auburn, Miami,

LSU, and Florida.

Recruiting Analyst Mickey Plyler on McIntosh: "McIntosh has great size and speed. His offers are as impressive as anyone in the South. Coaches call him a gamebreaker. McIntosh is a rare talent. The Sunshine State continues to put out skill players like this that can come into any program in America and have an immediate impact."
