Clemson, SC-Former Clemson All-ACC point guard Terrell McIntyre established an all-time record for professional basketball in Italy today when he made 10-10 three-point goals and scored 41 points in leading his team, Bipop Carire Emilia to a 99-94 victory over VidiVici Bologna. The contest was a road game for McIntyre as the contest was played in Bologna.

McIntyre's performance was the highest perfect three-point
shooting game in A-league (highest league) history. The native of
Raiford, NC made 13-17 from the field overall, made all 10 of his three-point shots, and added 5-7 free throws for a career high 41 points in 37 minutes of play. He also added six assists in leading his team to the victory.

For the season, McIntyre is now averaging 16.3 points per
game in 34.2 minutes. He has shot 43.7 percent from three-point
land and 82.6 percent from the foul line in 27 games, all as a starter. He also has recorded 4.2 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game.

McIntyre joined forces with current NBA Forward Greg Buckner to lead Clemson to the NCAA tournament three consecutive years
(1995-96 through 1997-98), the only three-year streak in school
history. As a senior he led the ACC in scoring and took the Tigers
to the finals of the NIT.

For his career, McIntyre is still second in Clemson history in scoring with 1839 points, just 41 points short of Elden Campbell's career mark. He is also second in school history in steals with 189 (trailing only current Tiger Vernon Hamilton), ranks first in three-point goals (259) and is third in assists with 577.
