*Stitt had 20 points in the first round win over Boston College, giving him at least 20 points in consecutive games for the first time in his career. Stitt is the first Clemson player to have consecutive 20 point scoring games in the ACC tournament since Chris Whitney scored 20 against Florida State and 21 against Georgia Tech in consecutive days, March 11-12 in 1993. Stitt’s consecutive 20-point games were also on March 11-12.

*It was the 10th straight game of at least 14 points for Stitt.

*Milton Jennings had 16 points today to tie his career high thanks to 6-8 shooting from the field. He also added seven rebounds. Jennings also had 16 against South Carolina State earlier this year. In three games against North Carolina this year, Jennings scored 39 points and 24 rebounds.

*Andre Young had 14 points to go with five assists and just one turnover. Over his last seven games, Young has just three turnovers and 20 assists. He made four three-point goals and has now made at least one in 31 of the 32 games this year.

*Catalin Baciu played six minutes today and had three points and a rebound. It was the most minutes in his career in ACC play, and the most points he has scored in a game since the Old Dominion game back on November 21, 2010.

*Clemson made 12-24 three-point goals today, tied for the most three-point goals in an ACC Tournament game in school history. Clemson’s 33 field goals were just three off the school record for field goals in an ACC Tournament game.

*Today was just the second time all year Clemson had a higher field goal percentage than the opponent and lost the game. Clemson is now 17-2 this year when it has a higher field goal percentage than the opponent.

*North Carolina’s 92 points were the most against Clemson all year. The previous high was 79 by Maryland in a 79-77 Terps win at College Park.

*Clemson shot 50 percent from the field and 50 percent on three-point shots, yet lost the game. It was the first time this year Clemson had shot at least 50 percent from the field, yet lost the game. Clemson was 9-0 this year prior to today when shooting at least 50 percent from the field. The 12 made three-point goals were the most by Clemson in a game this year.
