don't get mad at john swofford because the wake forest game is on at night and on the road at least we get to see Clemson play do you want to be the big ten and pac 12 right now and not have any games to watch

Wasn't ever likely that we'd be getting the game against The Citadel was going to be on ABC or any of the major ESPN networks though.

They still have to pay the bills also. I personally would rather watch our game on the ACC NETWORK, at least we won't have continued abuse by ESECPN Homer's through out the entire game!!!!!

It would appear NBC got first pick of inventory so they are controlling the ACC now. Also what is the point of teams adding an 11th game if they have a no fan policy? Seems like that was done solely to provide TV inventory for the ACCN. Why else would Wake need to schedule a game against Campbell with no fans?

The 11th game was added at the request of Clemson, FSU, GT, and Louisville in order to still be able to play their SEC rivals. This was done before the SEC announced that they wouldn't be playing OOC games. I'm not sure why they didn't just go back and change it to 10 games afterwards, but I'd guess it was probably to save face and not appear to only be making decisions based on what the SEC did. I'm basing the decision being made for those 4 teams off of comments made by the Syracuse AD who said those 4 schools pushed hard for the 11th game.

I think there is consensus that the virus can spread at night vs day - UV light kills it outside during the day (mostly). I wonder if precautions are different during night vs day games. For Clemson I think you could have higher number of antendees during a day game than a night game but that probably is too complicated to plan for.
