I would not mind seeing Tajh tone it down a bit

in the press.
I cannot point a finger at any specifics, just a general feeling I get.
A more humble approach I guess.
There is something to be said for confidence I suppose.
Just a thought.

Perhaps I haven't seen enough videos of Tajh.

He always appears to be humble, focused and considerate of our opponents.
Maybe I missed something or maybe I'm unintentionally comparing him to Clowney. I know that ain't no standard.

Tajh has been nothing but humble, mature, and full of class.
If you're truly being serious, then you're going to need to "point a finger at specifics". If you're being serious, I imagine you're the ONLY one that thinks that. Not even the lame chickens have tried to go down that road.
If you're only joking, sorry, it didn't translate well in your post.

I don't disagree with you but perhaps the original poster is referring to a couple of recent interview where Tajh says thinks he's the best quarterback/story/player in college football. He said it matter-of-factly, not in an arrogant manner, but it's still out there.

that Tajh has remained restrained and respectful DESPITE some comments from a certain dikhead in Columbia. Tajh has certainly set all kinds of personal records at Clemson and is on the verge of setting even more, but he remains a team player in both comment and actions---at least to me

Just little, insignificant bits like

Boyd told TigerNet that working with the program was rewarding.
“I think it is great. Honestly, in the position I am in right now, you get looked up to a lot,” Boyd said. “But it is important to make sure that you can be touched, and to see the joy in those kids’ faces is worth it. I really enjoy working with them, and I get more joy out of it than they do. They touch your life. Seeing the smiles on their faces means more to me than anything.”
Nit picking I know and he has every right to say that.
It is very minor , don't get me wrong.
I would have preferred to hear something like " I have been very blessed in my life and feel fortunate to be able to be in a position to touch others"

He already does all of these things. Tahj does all things the right way.
A PR person could not have written anything better than the quote he gave. We need more people like Tahj.
I don't see anything wrong at all with what he said.

Sir, you can't do Tajh's thinking for him. After all, he is a 3 year starter field general of our Tigers. He is a qualified leader of our team b/c he has earned it, it wasn't just gave to him. When you are a leader of Tajh's caliber, being as humble as you expect him to be may not be an option for a leader of his stature. Personally, I think that Tajh is about as humble and respectful as anyone could expect... An AS$ kisser is one thing he couldn't ever be....

Surely you jest!?!?
Or is this OP an open invitation for "Coot Cackle"?? Lol
Tajh Boyd always handles himself with humility and dignity, unlike a couple of his (cough cough) Coot counterparts.
Maybe you confuse confidence for arrogance.
Condfident Tajh - "Yes, I believe I am the best" Arrogant Clowney - "Tajh Boyd & A Murray are scared of me"
See the difference?
Anyway.....Go Tigers!!
