Football Ticket Prices

Posted: Jun 9, 2017 11:07 AM

Just got word from an "insider" that the upcoming season's ticket prices (face values) will be as follows:

Kent State (National Championship Celebration) = $40.00
Auburn (Solid Orange Day) = $110.00
Louisville (Away) = $63.00
Boston College (Family Weekend, Hall Of Fame Day) = $60.00
Wake Forest (Homecoming) = $60.00
Georgia Tech (Football Reunion Day) = $60.00
Florida State (IPTAY Day) = $100.00
The Citadel (Military Appreciation Day, Senior Day, Purple Out) = $40.00
South Carolina (Away) = $125.00

Overall, home football tickets at these prices would project to make approximately $40 million.

So .. on the secondary market .. how much could one expect

That would depend on how much profit you are expecting to make, and where the seats are. Getting you money back plus 10% is plenty fair to another Clemson fan. There are some that will sell their tickets to Auburn fans to make 1 2 300% profit. I guess it mostly depends on where your heart or your greed is!!!

two tickets to the Auburn game via Stub Hub - paid a fortune $510 each, but they are field level lower deck, 40 yard line, so well worth it!!!

Got an email yesterday with South Carolina prices listed at $100 and not $125

South Carolina is two-tiered.

The more "premium" tickets available for visiting fans in that dump of a stadium are $125. The others, you are correct, are $100.

I'm assuming that a $125 ticket is right in the middle of a bunch of coots, and if so, they couldn't give me the seat ticket plus $125 concessions ticket.

I'd actually expect the $125.00 tickets to be in the lower level near where they put the Clemson band (the only true "visiting" section they have in the lower level in the stadium), and the $100 tickets will be in the corners of the upper decks and in that upper deck endzone portion they have.
