W-L against the SEC
Vandy 18-4 Mizzou 1-2 Kentucky 16-7 UGA 17-46 LSU 2-17 Florida 6-24 Tenn 7-22 Arky 8-13 Auburn 1-9 Miss St 8-6 Bama 3-12 Ole Miss 7-8
This is why their own league considers then new money impostors. How can you hoist an SEC flag so high when you've contributed nothing to support it other than W's for other teams?
yeah, I know, stive for five...coots won the battle but we are WAY ahead on the war....lol

You don't think France or Spain were once world powers? History didn't start in the 20th century.

Good point! Wars are all based on what you did in the past, not what territory you hold now, right?

England didn't give us the country because we won a handful of battles. We had to win numerous battles and chip away at what we controlled over time and finally they had no choice but to give up control.
I don't remember it as we won a handful of battles and England said, "Well you guys own us now, we will just give in".

we've lost to them twice in bowl games, the stats he's using are outdated. Should be 2-2.

Mizzou stat isn't correct. They have beaten Mizzou 2 years in a row...how is their record only 1-2?

Two questions:
Posted: Dec 5, 2013, 1:50 PM
|
|
1) CU's record vs SEC teams? (I know you DOMINATE the series vs coots)
2) What exactly has CU accomplished in the ACC since FSU joined?

Clemson's record versus the SEC
Posted: Dec 5, 2013, 3:25 PM
|
|
All time Clemson is 44-95-5 against the SEC.
Since 1980, Clemson is 25-27-1 against the SEC.
In the last 15 years, Clemson has lost more games than it has won against the SEC only 3 times (2001, 2006, 2010). This is not many games per season but I thought it was an interesting stat. During this time Clemson is 14-14 versus the SEC.

Hasn't SC beaten Mizzou the past two years? How can their record be 1-2 if so?

I don't think their history bothers them. I think Clemson fans think it does but they know their history and it is what it is called, history.

Thank You. Historically, we're terrible...only a fool would argue otherwise. We simply acknowledge it, hopefully learn from it, and move on.

I went to PC but I pull for South Carolina. Their history does not bother me. I was not alive for most of it. I don't take the insults thrown at South Carolina personally because I don't consider myself a real Carolina fan because I also pull for Clemson. I am more about what makes our State look more competitive to the people from other States and so far in the last several years this State has been represented well by both schools.
