Why do Fanatics shipments take SO LONG?

I ordered some gear the day after the Championship and they are shipping each thing independently. The first thing I got was a magnet. Then a garden flag. My shirts aren't expected to get here until Saturday despite being 2 hours away according to the tracking! My fiance ordered a shirt from Palmetto Moon and it got here in two days.
I truly regret buying from them and don't think I will again. Any other vendors out there a bit more reliable?

Like you, I order mine on the 10th. Very disappointed with shipping delay.
I will definitely consider other options next time.

Same here. I got my order today and 1 shirt was way undersized. Sending it back. I believe they are simply brokers for this merchandise and send the orders they receive to manufacturers across the country.

Ordered 3 items, one of which is a knit T shirt that is going back. The screen printing was messed up, fabric extremely thin, and shirt was also undersized.
I talked w a very nice Fanatics customer service rep today. She said that there is an avalanche of NC clothing being returned due to quality and size problems.

I just got some stuff from them yesterday...If I remember prior to ordering, they said all items would be shipped by the 20th.

I ordered mine 2 days after game and got it Saturday 3 days later and did the free delivery. Guess I got lucky

Fanatics failed me 2x this past year. Both times involved shipping. Both times, I paid for 2 day shipping but didn't receive the order for 7 days on one order, and 11 days on the other. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
I bought 5 items from Tiger Sports in Clemson 2 hours after the National Championship game ended. They had everything Fanatics had. Selected 2 day shipping. They had to hold my order 1 day for an item to come in, but they upgraded my shipping (at no cost to me) to Next Day and I received all my items on Thursday. Boom! That's customer service!!
I'll shop with nobody else but Mr Knickerbockers and Judge Kellers.

It's a cash cow right after a national championship. They will take way more orders than their stock. They then have to wait for their back orders to be fulfilled. The production lines are backed up because everyone is on back order. This adds even more delay.

I've gotten all the stuff I ordered, and one was a specialty item. Fanatics is real good on shipping, just be patient. Some products are made by different manufacturers, so not all products are ready for shipment when you order.
