I’m a Walt listener, I know most in here lean towards disliking Walt. He’s trying to be nice about it, but he doesn’t think Clemson has a chance Saturday. Aside from a perfect game from the interior DL. He thinks the FSU portal receivers Coleman and Wilson are too much for Clemson, or anyone to deal with. He said the BC game where they were dominated was a fluke. He gave the example of Clemson losing to Pitt in 16’, and Cuse in 17 as examples of games like this. Hope he’s wrong.

Yes and......taller WRs are more a problem with perfectly thrown passes. Our pass rush can cause Travis to rush or panic a little, resulting in LESS perfect passes.
With pressure up front, I think our DBs can negate their "perceived" advantage.

I think our guys have a lot of pride and will play their tales off. Therefore, I expect a close game. If they come in here and happen to blow us out, I would be totally shocked. Their receivers worry me assuming their QB is healthy and on target. Even then, we will be in it...

But he is probably on the right track with having concerns with the FSU O vs Clemson D matchup. They are going to have to play much more aggressive and sound football than they have to this point. If we rush three, play soft coverage, tackle poorly etc we are going to get run over.

Agreed, but if we can only overcome 2 of those (i.e. rush with pressure, tackle well, or play tight coverage), I think we have a good chance.

They had Wilson last year and could not get him the ball and when they did hed drop it. He looks to be the same wr he was last year. Bell and Colemon are the ones to sweat. Id take Wiggins on Colemon, dont know what you do about Bell bc Carter and Trotter havent been good in coverage this year, maybe Woodaz?

Deptula is rarely correct anymore, (he used to be pretty good years ago), however, I agree with him this time. I’m not calling a win for Florida State. I just think we’re gonna have our hands full. If we turn the ball over, we’re gonna lose by 10+ points.

You’d have to have some pretty tinted orange colored glasses to not see FSU has looked like the better team to this and it really hasn’t been close. I just go position by position and they seem to have the advantage in more areas than we do. WR position being the most glaring
