I wouldn't draft Chase. He can't shoot the 3 well enough. I would just random Euro.

Chip does a good job of rating draft potential. Chase's Portsmouth and g-league grades on specifics athletic ability to skill was very good. Like finishing top 92 percent of shuttle run at Portsmouth. I understand Chase has a few really good workouts with teams who like him for a two way offer to get drafted late. Read more at Link:

I wouldn't be shocked if he made it in the league one day, although I don't think he will, but I would just figure he would be some FA dude later and I would take a chance elsewhere. Heck, Joker was 2nd round.
