I think it depends on why he is transferring.
If he is not happy at Florida because of the trajectory of the team then we could be an option. Maybe craves an experience like big brother had here. Can't remember if we were in his top 2 though.
If he's simply seeking more money. Then no. Clearly Dabo seems to be targeting OL from best I can tell so I don't see us bidding on a RB.

I think it's the first reason - Florida hasn't done much of anything the last decade and it doesn't look as though that is changing anytime soon

Apparently they offered him 2x what he was getting at UF. Travis has been encouraging him to test the market. Again, these are just rumors.

I doubt it happens regardless as we have a bunch of backs, limited scholarships to give, are not paying upfront NIL and have multiple positions of actual need. Not sure why this is a discussion topic.

Florida appears to be in trouble. Big trouble.
And, one other nice message out of gator land: A starting DL entered the portal late yesterday. Today he tweeted, "Offered by Florida State!"
