I know I'm not the smartest guy in the room, but hasn't Trevor lit up a #4 Notre Dame and a #1 Alabama? That was as a true freshman no less! Burrow was sitting on his ### for 2.5 years. Burrow is good, Trevor is not only generational he may be once in a lifetime!

TL's a sophomore and has started more games than Burrow has. Burrow couldn't start at Ohio State after trying for 3 years.
Did TL play some "Big Time Games" last year?

This talk is all for clicks. He's draft eligible now so worth more clicks. Burrow certainly didn't draw any attention from the NFL last year when he was a 3rd?4th? Year player.
NFL teams have been planning for trevor and will continue to until he's drafted.

I've always found Kiper's "Big Board" idiosyncratic and unreliable. So I only pay any attention to it when it invades my normal reading space, which it has done here on TNet.
I give him credit for making something of himself in draft analysis, because he's not an athlete. Seems like he willed and hard-worked himself into the gig he's got now with ESPN. And he's obviously enthusiastic about draft analysis. But he fits in with most of their analysts in that he seems to tout the party line. When he's not being idiosyncratic, that is.

Now I know why Mel Piper Jr. works for ESPN and not for an NFL team. He doesn’t know how to evaluate NFL talent. I have seen a lot of Joe Burrow’s turn into a Ryan Leaf. And let’s not forget Johnny Football Manziel.pretty good college QB but Big time NFL bust. He will be an expensive experiment.
TL will be a quality NFL QB. He is not worried about football accolades. He cares about about team goals like NC’s.
