Bc he is the leader of the offense but yest it's not all his fault. His personnel just isn't what it was the past few years

As for scheme, don't get Orlovsky started on Elliott ...he has alot to say about how our offensive scheme.

The days of calling literally anything and watching it work are over. We need someone with the ability to see who is winning their individual battles and tailor the play calls to take advantage of those players. Not sure TE has the ability to do that.

Say what you want about him, but can you imagine what Spurrier could have done as a playcaller with the guys we have had the last couple of years? Kiffin? Or even Crying Ryan? Heck Kendall Briles would be burning bulbs out on the scoreboard. Playcalling is about exploiting matchups.
