Not saying we need one. We will have 10 WRs on scholarship next year. I think we will be much better next year compared to the last 3 years.
However, if there was someone to go get, it's Jahmal Banks from Wake Forest. He'll be a 5th year senior with over 1200 yards and 13 TDs in his career. He's 6'4 and can be that vertical threat that we have been lacking. He's the WR that torched us 2 years ago in Winston Salem with 6 catches for 141 yards and 2 TDs.

He’s not fast enough to take the top off of the defense….I think his injury (last year) has had a negative impact on his speed. Maybe another offseason will allow him to recover some of his foot speed.

I've heard that he is actually pretty fast. Like 4.4 type speed. But he plays slow (possibly because of his knee still)

His cuts when running routes are nothing special. That is why he struggles to get open often enough.

Wesco, Moore, Noble Johnson, Hanafin are all 6'2-6'3 guys that will play a role next year. I doubt we go after a portal WR. Randall will get another shot, but Dabo will those young guys play out as well.

Agreed. I think Banks would be a huge get. He shredded Nate 2 years ago in the Double OT game.

a one year wonder seems like the kind he would gravitate towards - not a long term commitment that could "upset" new, younger guys. One and done that could contribute to plug a hole as others get up to speed.

I would still hold out for a DE and OL. We need to fill those needs first.
