We lost a game we easily could have won because we played uninspired basketball and had historically bad first half. The body language and lack of motivation was 100% on the coaches. You keep bringing it up like it somehow makes the first half look better. It doesn’t.

I don't question Dillon Harper.
I don't question Brad Brownell being able to land capable transfers.
But what about the other half of the roster? Will the redshirt freshmen get any minutes? Will the true freshmen have any real impact?
And I believe those are reasonable and legitimate questions considering this staff's history.

Why would one of the bench guys from this year want to stay when they were all ignored for the whole season? CBB had 6 guys who played about 30 minutes a game. These same players are looking at the same thing when all the “hired guns” hit TigerTown this summer.

Agreed my main gripe is paying a mediocre coach who has never won anything $75M Dollars. Don't know who is dumber fans like JK who worship him or our admin who continues to enable him.

Clemson was obviously not ready for the NCAA tournament. Terrible coaching.
They made the tournament 2 straight years which is awesome. This program is trending up even with the disappointing loss in the first year.
Hopefully they will do great in the portal and continue the success.

I have to conclude that the AD and Administration are satisfied with Brad. Based on his body of work and even factoring in the last two years, I find it remarkable that a 6 yr extension was offered.
Brad is not a charismatic person. He is not a good recruiter and he isn’t fiery enough in my opinion to motivate the players or influence the refs. He never seemingly works them.
He’s a nice guy and certainly knows way more basketball than me, but I think we could do better.
It doesn’t matter. He will retire at Clemson.
