It’s all guys who didn’t pitch at all last year or barely pitched except McGovern…. Bakich has made it clear he’s giving a lot of guys opportunities and winning the game wasn’t the priority. Maybe he thought we could throwing these guys but idk how unless he banked on us scoring 16 runs again 😂

depth and it takes time to find the best lineups, etc. but winning always needs to be the goal in every game.

Losing one game after winning these first 2 hurts none and sometimes you have more to gain by developing new arms and throwing them in big situations….. of course coach wants to win. He prob thought Leguernic would at least go 4 innings

Appreciate your telling us who all was out. Not sure how I missed that. I knew Dane was but not the others. Ghesh. You just hope it's temporary and an abundance of caution type thing.

I've asked several times, but why no Samol? I was high on him making it in the weekend. Thanks again.

That’s an understatement, I don’t believe suck is a strong enough word to describe how bad the pitching has been today. In the seventh inning Ole Miss has had 2 runners on base 0 outs in 4 of the 7 innings. That is a recipe to giving up tons of runs.

Not at all. Our bullpen was perfect Friday and Saturday outside of Fitzgerald….. McGovern, titsworth, Garris and mahlstedt all did great. Today was a bunch of newbies and inexperienced guys… they didn’t touch McGovern or Dvorsky….. we didn’t throw our best today throughout the game

Early season coach said he would try multiple lineups and I take that to mean using many arms in the bullpen to determine who gets the most innings during the season. Go Tigers!
