But I didn’t see it and had something worth posting for a change

Oven slow cooked pork ribs with homemade dry rub and homemade BBQ sauce
Thrice scraped cream corn
Broccoli salad with homemade dressing, cranberrys, bacon, red onion and pecans

For some reason, I feel I should invite Spud over for dinner

Got the recipe off a website called Inspired Taste

1 T olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T sriracha or other hot chili sauce
2 T light brown sugar
1 T apple cider vinegar
S&P to taste

Cook onions in olive oil until soft
Stir in cumin and cook for 30 sec
Stir in the rest and cook for 2 minutes


Cost the cooked ribs and put them back in the oven for a few minutes

Doesn’t make a lot, but it was plenty to coat two racks after they cooked
