That is sad, but the model of trying to finance a college with a huge percent of athletes will have a ripple effect on small colleges all over. When Endowment funds dwindle, paying students have to enroll or there will be disaster waiting to happen. I hope all the students and staff find a new home.

Sucks for all the kids who had applied and been accepted there and now may have to start all over again, but behind the ball in terms of required dates, etc.
Major administrative/leadership fail, seems like.

What if someone said, "It's just Clemson." And I'm sure there would people who could/would say that. Don't downgrade someone else's education.

Apples and Oranges. If it were any major university I wouldn't have said that. I respect a degree from there and maybe someone wants to go there due to convenience, but other than that it's not hard to do better.
