Lee Corso will retire from ESPN's "College GameDay" in August, ending a career with the show that began in 1987.

Ran into him and Chris Fowler at the Delta Skyclub on Concouse A in Atlanta one morning. Quite the jerk. That was at least 10 years ago. I think they fly chartered jets now so he doesn’t have to mix with the great unwashed like me. Fowler seemed like a nice guy in stark contrast. Glad he’s gone but feel sorry for him and the stroke he suffered. That is an awful thing to deal with.

I just looked at the schedule and the game will probably be Bama Fla State. Would love for the site to be Clemson LSU but dont see it happening with Corso’s Fla State ties.
