People will see their premiums sky-rocket, and many will just go without.
Medicaid enrollments will also suffer.

Some of the tax/penalty items that were supposed to raise revenue were later repealed by Republicans, so there was no possibility of it being neutral on the budget, although the original passed version would have been.
The ACA did accomplish two things. One, it greatly lowered the ranks of uninsured, basically cutting that in half. Two, it put some provisions in with Medicare that lowered healthcare cost growth.
But it has "Obama"-care as a name. And for that unforgivable sin, it must be attacked.

We had our opportunity to vote for the House members of our choosing,

How many times do we have to vote in a majority whose sole purpose is and has been to cut taxes on the ultra wealthy with the belief that it will magically create growth. 80% of this country's wealth is leveraged and floating at the top, doing nothing. We could have it so much better with even marginally higher rates on top. But we have hit a point where Trump is attempting to play a game of chicken with an oncoming train.

It maintained current tax rates, threw a bunch of illegals off Medicare (which they should have never been on anyway) , and will hire a bunch more people to make a southern border invasion less likely when we have another Dem potus. Definitely sounds like the end of days to me.

"It maintained current tax rates" - we're running an incredible deficit, let's derpin keep it! "threw a bunch of illegals off Medicare" - false, and it'll throw a lot more people off it that need it "will hire a bunch more people to make a southern border invasion" - still believe in that sensationalized border invasion, neat
You're one of the resident morons, so I'll let it slide, but this bill will not be good to the average American.

Better than nothing: No tax on tips The bill creates an above-the-line deduction for tips earned by workers in occupations that traditionally receive tips. That means a bartender, for instance, would be able to deduct the total amount of their tips from their taxable income in a given year.
The deduction phases out for individuals making more than $150,000 a year, or $300,000 a year for joint filers. Taxpayers can deduct a maximum of $25,000.
The exemption also applies only to federal income tax. Tipped workers would still be subject to state and local income and payroll taxes.
2. No tax on overtime From 2025 through 2028, workers can deduct overtime pay from federal income tax.
The deduction is capped at $12,500 for single filers and $25,000 for married couples filing jointly. The break begins to phase out for single filers making $150,000 or more ($300,000 for joint filers) and is unavailable to those making more than $275,000, or $550,000 for couples.
3. SS: The tax relief is specifically aimed at low- and middle-income seniors, ensuring that a large percentage, such as the 88% of seniors receiving Social Security who will pay no tax on their benefits

But you were ok when Biden gave trillions to the inflation act bill. Most of that money ended up in environmental wackos pockets.
Cutting SS tax is bad? Protecting the border is bad? Stronger military is bad? No tax on tips is bad? Tax break for senior citizens is bad? Helping save the middle class is bad? Getting rid of government waste is bad? Cutting the deficit is bad?
What about this bill do you hate? Oh wait I know....Donald Trump is mean and you hate America.

This Bill ads and an additional 380 billion per year to the current deficit spending, which sits at over 2 trillion. We are putting more money into ICE than the vast majority of developed nations spend on their entire Military, 130 Billion.. This bill will acause SS to become insolvent by 2032. There are also additional tax breaks beyond what was extended that will give millionaires an additional 30k in rebates.
I am not sure how this helps the middle class or rids government waste, We just gave the most "wasteful" department an additional 150 Billion per year.
And of course, a lot of this comes at the expense of kicking 12-18 Million people off Medicare by 2030, Which is is not even 1/2 of the 1.8 trillion in Tax Cuts we gave to Billionaires who do not need it. As it was proven by the 2017 Tax Bill, Money just floats on top and does not move.
I assume you believe everything you just posted, my advice is to fact-check it yourself with Google Ai,. it is free

This is what's called a "strawman argument". Basically, put a bunch of things people didn't say, then take out a stick and whump the crap out of that thing they didn't actually say.
It's a bad-faith trick and it invariably means you're dealing with an idiot.
