The coaches have been working very hard to get him from 1.5 yards a carry to 2 with a bad shoulder.
This was an unintended six effect.

His shoulder (maybe both) are darn near lame and his legs as well...no quickness, no speed, different Mafah...hope Sammy and Randall are getting lots of reps...we need more runners with speed who can split a gap in the line!

You think two guys who have never played the position at Clemson can learn it in a week? It would get Cade killed on passing downs. Hint, we will need to pass a lot against Texas. I believe we would do better going with four WRs plus a TE and sling it all over the field as even UGA had a hard time running the ball against Texas

I believe the lack of production from Mafah down the stretch is more about his legs. The labrum has been torn all season according to the media. The guy is gassed and worn down from getting all of the touches. The coaches needed to have someone ready to split touches in order to prevent this situation. Hopefully, the time off helps his legs and we see the burst return. He will play against Texas and there has to be another back to split touches / take over if needed. I am expecting Riley to cook up a great game plan for this one.
I am going full pumper mode until the season ends.

Many in here have called for Mafah to get 25 carries per game throughout this season. I wonder where they are now?
