I think Dabo may want a younger guy. What about Utah's Morgan Scalley or Al Golden at Notre Dame?


Or do we wait another year in hopes of getting Venables back?

Sort of the way BV did.

Besides, Dabo’s terminated Al Golden once already. Don’t want to terminate him again if it doesn’t work out

I was going to post earlier today that Philip Parker (Iowa) would be a good hire. He was 2023 Broyles winner and the AFCA Def winner. Iowa is always low scoring games because good Def and sucky Off.

He left for few years and came back like 2011 or something like that but his dad was DC under Fry also.

You are correct. I had him combined with DC Joe Rossi from Mich St who went to Minn for few yrs. Parker played at Mich St.

I still think Parker would be a good name in the hat. Heck even Rossi would be worth a look.

Jay Hill from BYU. Havent seen much of him, but like him in the Colorado game. Looking at their stats he seems to be doing more with less. Give him our talent and who knows.
