Otherwise, BiLl, your top 4 is defendable.
LSU has top 10 wins. 031O State has second best win vs Wisconsin. Bama has better win over common opponent (with us), plus has not struggled as we did w/UNC.
Of all posted, I think you have the best one. . . fwiw!

W/ LSU #1 and Clemson #4, we play in Atlanta for the simi and not have to face them in Orleans. That’d be a home game for them.

The committee is about the 4 best teams.
The schedule is important but it’s used more for teams with 1 loss . Now if there was 5 undefeated teams at the end it would come into play. They know it’s still Clemson’s world and would not be shocked if they put us at 1.
No way we are less than 3.
They know this team has just about every tool on O that shredded Bama and the D is way better than expected. They also know nobody
Has hung with the Tigers in the playoffs except Bama. In other words our experience in the playoffs will be noted.

If LSU beats BAMA, and either OSU or PENN STATE stay undefeated, we can kiss our playoff chances GOODBYE!!!!!!!. We didn't earn either one of our NATTYS, our opponents just had an off day. While I get your sarcasm on the Clemson bias, Clemson will not be left out if we do not lose.
BTW, OSU and Penn St are in the same division of the same conference so one of them will have a loss as will either Bama/LSU.
No worries if we win.

Cause I know you don’t think we’re jumping them if they run the table....they already have a better win than we have, and would have three more better than that by seasons end. We have absolutely nobody left on this schedule.
