people from using it in the past. This is a blatant infringement , down to the scar mark at the bottom right of the paw. That little mark that you see on all Clemson paws was an actual scar on the tiger's paw they used for the print they obtained from an illinois zoo back in 1970. If this was brought to their attention, I'm sure they would take action

Most high schools usually go through the proper channels for their logos and uniforms. In most cases schools or pro teams that own the copyrights will allow high schools to use their stuff, sometimes with a couple of restrictions though. Honestly if a high school isn't creating their own stuff, they should know they need permission and if they don't ask it's kind of stupid on their part imo.

Orange tiger paw in the middle of my back window and everyone thought I had a kid at North Stafford too. It has the little "crook" in it...That's got to be TM infringement. A standard paw, OK, but it has the intricacies of ours and the cast that made the original.

used the paw as well. Theirs may not have had the defined edges and "J-Hook" that Clemson's has, but whenever I would wear Clemson stuff to school people were like ###.

It looks like their actual logo is a modified version of our paw. No hook, and they have added claws since their mascot is a wolverine.
