Who goes to ACCCG? Is it the higher ranked teams?

Neather of these 3 teams play each other

All 3 have Louisville as hardest Conf game on schedule

I don't recall what they are. But, I think one of them way down the list is "highest ranked team in the final ranking by the committee." But, I'm old. I could be mistaken.

I think in case of a tie UNC and Duke are selected whether they are in the tie breaker or not

not sure but somewhere in the list of tie-busters is ...

(1) who released the least number of balloons drops out
(2) whose team entered the stadium with Janis Joplin's "Cry Baby" played so loud it set off the migration of birds from the South American continent drops out
(3) the team with the lowest SAT average drops out
(4) the team who ate McDonald's burgers at the White House while meeting the President will be declared the winner

The tie breakers are on the ACC website.

In this case they use a consulting service that claims their rankings mirror the playoff committee rankings. (So the ACC can get the rankings on Sunday morning instead of Tuesday night when the weekly playoff's rankings are announced on ESPN)

Clemson, FSU, and Va Tech are the only schools to ever go 8-0 in the ACC.

Clemson and FSU play each other every year so that eliminates the chance that they will both be 8-0 in the same season.

Va Tech and Miami play each other every year so that eliminates the chance that they will both be 8-0 in the same season.

History tells us that there will be two or less teams at 8-0 at the end of the season.
