Puerto Rican mofongo (mashed fried plantains, mixed with garlic, olive oil, seasonings) and fried pork belly. A side of yellow rice with pink beans.

Leftover tuna casserole. Went hunting this morning and shot two 8 pointers in a span of 10 minutes in almost the same spot. Then the work started. Retrieval, getting them to the processor, getting home and cleaning everything up. Finally got something to eat about 6:00.
