Set up, free, take pic of any food container bar code while out shopping and be amazed what you might be eating that may be harming you long-term.
It rates on a scale of 0% to 100% (Excellent)..and the entire contents of that food product will come up (Sodium, fat, protein, cholesterol, Sugar, additives, etc).
And Cheez-it comes in at 0/100% with umpteen additives..while England’s best Organic eggs are only egg in my region that grades out at perfect 100/100% which is crazy but regular eggs rate out in the 80’s.
Why? The chickens are eating their poop, in tight cages and their feed has been sprayed by deadly chemicals Which get into the egg and then into your system.
I am amazed in the different ratings on protein items I need..like cottage cheese, yogurt, milk (I drink only non-milk like Almond, Coconut, Soy), peanut butter, etc.
The free app stores every item you have scanned and lets you put a fav star on it for later use.
Oh, YUKA scores cosmetics such as sunscreen (I use a mineral type that rubs in easily..from Australia & called Blue Lizard and available @ Walmart).

Due to your advanced age, you have netted around $750,000 in benefits from the Social Security office and Medicare. We know you doged the draft, so thankfully the VA is not kicking in.
