I always thought Eppley was one of the most underrated QB's we ever had. He played during the probation years mostly, 82-84. We were an option team back then, and he rarely made the wrong read, and could throw well when situation dictated. Also was a good point guard on the basketball team.

Other than UGA 84. He had 2 fumbles after gaining 1st down yardage to set stage for Butler's kick. Hold the ball and score once it would have been over! Elsewise he was a very good QB and always first class. Hate to have to remember that game!

I honestly can say, i dont remember him at all. I recall the name, but not him playing. I remember Cameron, I remember Sapp. Was he between those guys?
