Some actual Gun Nuts. Or, by their branded name, Tac Sac.
1) This is a real product. 2) Nothing weird about cupping nuts whilst firing your superawesome AR.

If I've averaged 30 inguinal hernia repairs per year for the past 6 years, which I think is probably about right, and we assume 95% are male, and we include a preop exam, intraop, and postop visit.
Then of course, we're going to have to factor in all of the non-inguinal hernia related scrotal encounters on inpatients, all the hydroceles that were misdiagnosed, etc, I'll say just conservatively that adds another 25 ballbags annually.
Then add in my own, and handling my son's which we'll just call one solo encounter for the sake of simplicity.
((6 x 3 x ( 0 x .95) + (25 x 6)) x 2) = 1326 + 2 + 2 = 1330

I lost a 3 in there, the .95 is the percent of the 30 IHR's that are males. And if we're counting how many times I've touched my own balls in the last six years, then we're going to be talking in the millions, and that sort of defeats the purpose of this exercise.
