Crump: Tnet unusable on iphone

Don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but lately the ads have been ridiculous. I am taken to the AppStore every page load, new tabs forcefully open up all the time and I've even had my safari browser locked up with a popup that wouldn't go away unless you accepted, which would presumably muck up the rest of the browser. Even force shutting safari down and restarting couldn't get rid of that last one.
Its a little bit ridiculous. I understand the need for ads to keep Tnet free but intrusive stuff like that is what keeps me from subscribing in the first place. If you can get that fixed I will cheerfully fork over a little cash your way.
Thanks!

If you get your R you won't get the ads when you sign in.

Oh, that sounds better. Didn't know it was exclusive to free members. I'll see what I can do then. Still, might be worth taking a look at--at least one of those popups had me feeling like my phone was compromised.

Delete the cache, cookies, and history more often.
Settings > Safari
Clear History, Clear Cookies and Data
Make sure "Fraud Warning" and "Block Pop-ups" are both ON.
Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data
Restart your iPhone.

I must have the wrong version of Safari because I don't see settings. Did you download an app or is it what comes with your iPhone. Mine is a 5, haven't upgraded to a six. It's such a pain in the neck to upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback. We would never run an ad that redirects anywhere on purpose, but they do slip through. I hate that people think we would do something like that, but I would probably think the same thing if I didn't know how the system works.
I will see if I can get it to happen so I can block it. If you can tell me what the ad is for it may help, just t-mail me.
Clearing the cache as suggested below is a good idea and might help.
Also, yes orange level membership will remove them. Thanks!

Thanks for the help. I know you wouldn't do this on purpose hence my post. I'll make a list of what ads do what as they appear and send it to you.
