IMO - he’s elite and has proven himself as an all time clemson QB great.
Not sure what others think but I’m really excited to see where he goes in ‘25. He’s gotten better every year - and markedly so.
Kid is poised for greatness in ‘25 and has a great team surrounding him. Go Tigers.

To put it in perspective: TL16 was 36 tds and 8 ints in the Natty Run. CK2 was 36 tds and 6ints last year in one less game… truly wild!

It's impressive no doubt. However, that kind of makes Trevor's numbers even wilder as a true freshman who didn't start until the 5th game of the year.
Anyhow, I'm excited about CK2 as well. Got a good chance he could be in contention for a high first round pick if he keeps it up.

...one more note: Deshaun's best year was 41 tds (throwing) and 17 ints. Just another stat at how crazy efficient CK2 has been.
DW4 and TL16 had so many great defensive weapons that covered a litany of mistakes.
CK2 has had a pretty poor defense (in comparison to natty bound teams) that he has had to overcompensate for.

I think what’s different with CK2 and the others is that he really hasn’t had an elite team around him. In the years DW4 and TL16 won it all they had really great weapons.
I think those natty teams would have smoked us of last year - this years team is poised to be up there with the greats.

The biggest differences in last years team and TLaw’s teams were an elite defense AND a game-breaking RB.

Yep, DW4/Trevors teams don’t lose to Texas last year because they would’ve stuffed the run and applied way to much pressure for Ewers to handle

It still feels like there’s more to unlocked there. He could improve to around more 70% accuracy. After last year I don’t see why he wouldn’t improve to that level

Ive been a fan since he stepped on campus. Id say he’s already in that #3 spot. The Defenses and supporting casts TL and DW had were far and away better than what Cade has had to work with so far.
