Assume Clemson leaves the ACC after FSU....

And doesn't have a landing spot in the SEC/B1G. As B1G added Oregon and Washington at 1/2 share each, is it reasonable for Clemson to receive an offer to join the Big 12 at a 150% stake? Clemson would be the biggest draw and most powerful member of that conference.

But if we could get $60 million to play in the Big12 vs $30 million in the ACC...

The number is $40 million, not $30.

Correct, not to mention the travel for teams and fans. GOR will take time in court and best route is to borrow money to buyout. But FSU has to have a firm commitment from SEC or Big 10 to pay for it.

Clemson likely had talks with SEC and Big 10 already.

They wouldn't leave without an invite.
Before Clemson leaves, they would likely need a solid financial plan on how to cover the exit if GOR can't be broken with a model similar to what FSU is proposing.
Around the same time, there will be other top ACC brands exiting as well. I predict a major mid-atlantic/southeast region battle for brands between SEC and Big 10 to scoop up FSU, UNC, UVA, Clemson, Miami and possibly a few other brands like Georgia Tech which is in a key market/state.
There will be fireworks and I have a feeling it will be within the next 5 years.

The party does not start until the B1G offers FSU and/or Clemson, UNC, UVA, Miami. At that stage, the SEC can participate or fold their hand. Until then, do not expect the networks or conferences to put any cards on the table.

I have to move to Arizona in a couple years. Would like to see Clemson in the BIG12 if the money was right

Georgia Tech is no player in the Atlanta market. Atlanta is all Georgia red. You wouldn't know there is a college located there.
