These RS lists tend to be political.
"The Greatest" tend to be not the best in their area as opposed to one who maybe sold less.
Don't want to rile any so take a guy I luv like John Lennon - putting him near the top of vocalist is just funny.

$$ votes, and I am good if they followed that, but they do not.

I am not saying my list or yours is an improvement.

Great Randy Newman song performed by the original man Joe Cocker. RR Hall is run by suits. Lots of great rockers in the Hall, but some recent duds as well. RS magazine stopped being relevant years ago, probably after Ben Fong Torres left in the 80’s.
