ACC total revenue was 706.6 million
14 teams multiplied by 44.8 million distributed to each team equals 672.2 million
That leaves a balance of 79.4million
Notre Dame takes a lesser share, let’s guess 30 million
That means the ACC is getting the biggest share of the pie at 49.4million.

706.6 total revenue
-672.2 total team shares
Equals 79.4 million
-30 for Notre Dame
Equals the ACC share of 49.4 million

They don't all get exactly 44.8 million. Some get a little more, some get a little less.

Waterboy's math is correct. He accidentally stumbled on "Joe Swofford math," making sure the ACC Mafia get their "Protection Cut".

Sorry for the error in the original post, sometimes I Am dyslexic with numbers.
Payout to 14 members should have been 627 not 672.

Oh for heaven’s sake. Did you factor in costs for all sports championships, tournaments, off site meetings, ACC media days for football, basketball, etc. fees, rentals, foods for athletes, at conference events, etc etc etc. Don’t be daft.

And a mill is not what it used to be.
