Love this little gem:
The South Point casino sports book recently released its over/under season victory totals for all 130 Football Bowl Subdivision programs, and the Gamecocks’ number is set at …

Five.

Now, remember, that’s not a prediction. Sports books set numbers to try and drive action, picking a target they hope will encourage betting on both sides

I suppose in the literal sense, point spreads are not predictions. However, from my perspective it is an insight from the "experts" (gamblers anyway)on who is going to win the game.

I’ve always tried to eat healthy, but I started having weird issues like hair loss and brittle nails. I needed to find out what was going on, so I searched for ways to monitor my nutrition. That’s when I found https://ways2well.com/blog/the-benefits-of-regular-blood-work-for-nutritional-monitoring. The blog talks about the importance of regular blood work for keeping track of your nutritional status. It explains different types of blood tests and what they reveal about your health. They also have a lot of tips on how to prepare for blood tests and interpret the results. Plus, they offer advice on diet and supplements based on your blood work, which I found really useful. Using the information from the blog, I got my blood work done and found out I had iron deficiency. Now I’m taking steps to improve my iron levels, and I feel much better. This blog is a great resource for anyone looking to improve their health.
