One For The Ages

One For the Ages
I have seen more than my fair share of great Clemson wins, but Saturday night's 37-34 win over a Florida State in Tallahassee shouldn't take a backseat to any of them.

A conversation I have had a few times since Saturday night centers on where this win ranks among great

waits several days for all the good facts to come out by others, then wraps them all up in his blog.
Does he get paid to do this?

"Does he get paid to do this?"

That's a question I've asked/have seen asked for years that has never been answered. I truly hope not.

"Clemson has been historically better than Carolina. That's pretty obvious." - Classof09

"No one knew we were overhyped until the season started." - Classof09

What Mackey does... maybe...

...this is the first mention (for me) of the fans going down the ramps leaving Doak after the game, and he is SPOT ON! We did the cadence count a dozen times, Too Deep a half dozen more, and at one point, the fans on the upper ramp were up on the guard rails yelling and cheering, so ALL of the fans on the lower ramps stopped and we must've stood there and cheered for a solid five minutes! It was AWESOME.

Reminded me of the identical scene(s) on the exit ramps in Miami after the Oklahoma CFP win - the exact same scene!

There is/was nothing like that feel of FINALLY being able to relax and let out ALL the stress and strain of a hard fought game that you KNOW the other team can beat you, and could have won...

... but they DIDN'T!!!!!

GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!

Whatever choice(s) you make makes you. Choose wisely.

Your description of post-game reminds me of 1981

after the victory over Buck and Herschel and the Dawgs. No one wanted to leave the stadium. It just kept echoing back and forth.

Come on, Tigers! Let's do this thing!
