Dabo Swinney says redshirt rule change is "awesome"
Imagine that your favorite college football team suffers an injury to a key player with just a few games left in the season. With a spot in the College Football Playoff on the line, does your head coach use a year of eligibility on a player who might play just a few snaps? It’s happened more than once in the past, but a recent rule change allows the coaches and players more flexibility. Full Story » |

It should also make a player more satisfied knowing he'll get playing time when he didn't wish to be redshirted.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think in his freshman season in 2011, he played in about 4 games before tearing his ACL, which was about 1 game too many for even a medical redshirt.

It ticks me off a bit how all of these Hollywood lefties, who incidentally predictably condemn Donald Trump, although he has to my knowledge most of whom have never graduated from high school. I'll check out Bill Murray: Nope no education. But the latest left-wing blowhards I checked out was actor, Robert DeNiro, whom I thought with all of his geopolitical pronouncements must have an impressive academic background. What?? Dropped out of high school in the ninth grade?? Huh?? Yes!! No wait this can't be true. Well, I then proceeded to look into another loud-mouthed Hollywood would-be spokesman for all of us, Madonna, whom I assumed would be a repository of well-founded wisdom that she seems so fond of depositing on us humble masses. No!! This can't be true-----dropped out of high school in the 10th grade?? Gee, Hollywood heroes giving all of this great advice
