Gonna have to try the Trenton pork roll. For me it was always been Taylor. Looks like you can get a 6 lb. roll for $30.

in the past 10-15 years. I'm no expert, but I love a good one, and there was a time I could find legit ones in Charlotte at a small deli that had the real hard rolls flown in.

Now I'll go to the mid-Atlantic region all the time, even Eastern PA, within spitting distance of Northern NJ, and you can't find anyone hocking a decent pork roll to save your life.
