Does this mean we’re more than likely gonna stay ahead of Texas Tech in football recruiting rankings this year?

All that Tumbleweed, Inc. NIL $$$ was starting to scare me.

I seriously doubt that Texas Tech is heavily involved in the NIL game, or that it owes its ranking to NIL. TT has 3 x 4-stars, 18x 3-stars, and 3x unranked commits for a total of 21 commits. I attribute a lot of the early leads in the 24/7 Composite rankings to non-elite teams (like TT) to the 24/7 Composite's ranking system (which gives a heavy lean to teams that filled up early in total commit numbers). TT will continue to fall in the rankings as other 2023 recruits start to roll into other traditionally ranked teams!
