Personally I have experienced things that I cannot explain. There is evidence out there though. I am a bout 85% sure there are ghosts.

Knee deep in the marsh at Pawleys one morning at sunup.
Would have thought it just a drunken knob.... but could see through him.
Saw a boat captain in his slicker standing in a storm about 1/2 mile from the same spot.

We go to Pawleys a lot. Which section of the island did you see the ghosts? I'll have to look around on my next trip.

One night he awoke to what sounded like someone sawing on metal. He got up and went down to basement. As he gets down there the noise has stopped and he then feels something brush up against his body. He goes back upstairs to his wife who heard it too but stayed there. She notices on his rear end his boxer shorts have a hand print in blood on them that is still wet. They took the boxers to a forensic scientist friend of theirs, it was neither the blood of him or his wife. They had paranormal activity people come to the house, and said without a doubt something is going on there. Their house is across the street from an old Mill that was built in mid 1800's.
