Do you make your bed every day?
Started a couple of months ago and like it
Even if it’s your wife doing the work, is your bed made daily?

Look how many of you make your beds. LOLUTZ AT YOU ALL.
I bought mine from premium furniture and mattress stores. Do you mongrels still use goose feathers when you made them or have you upgraded to stuffing them with cotton?

I usually get up first.
Actually have made my own bed since I was an early teen. Habit.

I cannot fugging STAND a bunch of wadded up disorganized layers of stuff I'm fiddin to sleep under.
Also, make sure the edge of ALL coverings are just at the edge of the mattress on my side of the bed so I can lay my hog out for some fresh air during the night. And by hog I mean leg.

Short answer - hardly ever do we make it up.
If it gets made up, it's 75% the cleaning lady that comes every other week. 15% my wife, 9% my kids, and 1% me that accomplishes that task.
Flat sheets to straight in the trash when we buy sheets. They are pointless and straight up suck.
Just a fitted sheet and a cumfarter, two sleeping pillows with pillowcases. No more, no less.
They say that it's good to make your bed, though. It gives you 1 solid, tangible accomplishment first think in the morning. Psychologically it's good for you. I'm the first one out of bed 99% of the time, so it's fairly irrelevant.

Obviously I stopped showering first thing in the morning as soon as I realized we weren't going back to the office any time soon. Many days were skipped if I wasn't going anywhere or I waited until after lawn mowing time. Then I found the sweet spot. See we are allotted two fifteen minute block for a break in the day. I just started using one of those for my shower time after all the work is caught up. It has been ideal.

During work week? Hale no! Interferes with my coffee time on patio before showering and heading out.
Weekends when GF (no pigs) is over? Absolutely. After coffee on patio, that is.

work. What's the point? You're gonna mess it all up again in a few hours. Unless you have people coming over, and then you do it just for looks. My GF recently bought me a new comforter, pillows, bed skirt, shams, and all that crap. I told her not to but she did anyway. It looked real nice until I went to bed, then I threw all that chit in the corner of the room. Where it remains.
