It is only boring if all you are looking for is hits, runs and someone catching a ball. If you would think about the strategy of each play, of each pitch, of what the batter should do when at bat, when someone should bunt, steal, how the play on the ball should be handled, where a players needs to be positioned for certain batters...and things like that, the game is much more interesting. But, like I said if all someone is looking for is hits and runs and someone catching a ball...then, yes, it could be boring. Baseball has plays to run just like football. It is all in the way you view the game
