Cade really is the only BIG question mark. We look pretty solid everywhere else.
A lot of our fans do say that Cade will be our biggest question mark, but I don't really see where all the negative remarks about Cade is coming from. Just go back to when Cade was throwing the ball around for his high school, and watch the games that he won championships in, and it's there that Tiger fans can see that Cade was a really good dual threat QB. Go to his first season as our QB and what we see is an offense that was riddled with injury especially with our WRs. With so much injury in our offense nobody has really seen Cade operate with a healthy WR core or an o line that really knew how to block for Cade under Thomas Austin.
If our WRs can stay healthy, and Matt Luke can teach our o line what is the best way to block for a QB like a Klubnik, I personally believe we'll see the QB that Cade was in High School with good WRs and an o line that can keep the defense out of Cade's face for a few seconds more than he ever had last season with the 2023 o line, and if the WRs, or most of them can stay healthy most of the season with the addition of Wesco, Moore, and Christian Bentancur at TE once he learns our offense. Our defense plus a healthy offense with Cade behind center as our QB, I do believe we'll see a champion worthy Tiger FB team, and yes sir that is exactly what I expect to see from our team with Cade Klubnik as our QB....

Yep. Watch the end of the Gator Bowl. Cade was excellent when pass-protected.

About 2 weeks ago I rewatched the end of the Gator Bowl. UK harassed Klubnik by rushing 4-5 and so Klubnik had no time to throw. But for some reason, at the end of the game, UK decided to rush 3 usually, and play prevent-defense, at which point Cade usually had time, and picked them apart-- even with a somewhat depleted receiver corps (no Beaux or Turner).
I just started to rewatch that game from the start last night, but I only watched the 1st 2 drives (so far). Cade was excellent when given time. I'm hopeful that Klubnik will progress significantly in year 2 of Riley's offense if Luke whips the OL into a functional unit and he gets some healthy receiving weapons (along with a solid running attack).
I'm not saying that Klubnik is DW4 or TL16, but if Cade had their 2016 & 2018 supporting casts, I think we'd have a better opinion of Klubnik.

I'm hopeful that:
* Luke will whip the OL into a functional unit.
* The incoming WRs will meet or exceed expectations while the veterans stay healthy.
* The DTs will be better than we might expect.
But RB depth is a concern. Mafah is good, but there's nobody behind him that is proven. Young RBs typically have trouble in pass-protection and lead-blocking until they get experience.
Feeling pretty good about LB & DB.
