This is the problem.

The data doesn’t support the problem or their “fix”.
The only policy in this country that is systematically racist is affirmative action.
If there were racist policies we would all fight them.
Furthermore- the BLM demands don’t match the “problems”

I think the OP was asking for someone to point to the systemically racist problem with statistical data and perhaps we’ll all fight it together. Seems reasonable.
It’s kinda like my job. Someone calls and complains about an issue and as an analyst, I’m tasked with fixing the problem. I spend hours calling people, looking at the data on the computer, repeated testing...only to find out the problem wasn’t the system. The user logged in incorrectly.
It’s important to ask these questions and get the whole answer. Not a partial answer, not a ‘I think’ or ‘I feel’ answer...just indisputable, hard data. But even asking those questions are now an issue or God forbid ‘racist?’ I guess I’m employed by racists.

I’m open minded. Some of you have given good reason to change my mind on some issues. I’ll get back with you...

Racism exists on some level in every race.
What specific demands has the BLM movement demanded that would alleviate non-policy based racism?
To add to what I said earlier- I’m not of the opinion that we should eliminate affirmative action as a whole, but it does have issues with the simple fact that it supersedes the existing merit based system.
I know I’m tired of the constant push of the idea that America is a deeply racist country and we need change. We can’t agree there is a problem... I’m open to it, but haven’t seen anything “systemic.” When we can agree on the problem, we can discuss a solution... but not until then. Especially when the solutions for racism are the same solutions to global warming.
