I was assured in a memo last evening by someone in the athletic dept. that the Coot-Like WWF practice of growling out 3 rrrrrrrrrddd Down like some low level bush league team from Columbia or Raleigh will no longer happen in the valley. Hallelujah!! That was so annoying. and was something we heard some of the lower level stadiums doing so we picked up on it.
In my appeal to the powers that be, I stated that Clemson is a leader, not a follower. Lesser Programs immolate what we do on gameday, not the other way around. Clemson sets trends, not follows them.

I'll immediately go to work on WooHoo. This might take a while because WooHoo obviously came from baby showeres,Tupperware Parties, etc. and will have to be infiltrated and attended to get the practice stopped. This will take more time.

Like others have said, I HATE the bells on third down. Talk about imitating others! If you have connections ask them to dump that too.

Not sure if someone new is over game day/ stadium entertainment or operations or whatever the title is, but Im beginning to think South Carolina Gameday director of ice is somewhere on their resume.
Clemson seems to be #### bent on doing a 180 with anything related to Stadium experience or tradition

This new wave crap is infiltrating all sports. I can understand local summer league stadiums doing it because very few fans are attending that actually care about the outcome.
There's nothing wrong with having silent moments during the game. Most are on their phones anyway. I don't have to be told to clap my hands. And I hate that friggin DJ music crap. Count me in on any petition to get rid of all of it. During breaks, just let the cheerleaders lead the crowd.

Can you also work on getting rid of the Tarheel 3rd down Big Ben bells and bringing back the roaring Tiger sound. The people that run the game day atmosphere are clueless on how to come up with anything unique and original for Clemson.
